Payment Schedule

• All house and apartment rentals are by the week
   
• All reservations must be secured by a deposit of 50%.
  Master Card, Visa and Discover are accepted.
  AMEX and Corporate Business cards are not accepted.
   
  • All reservations for June weeks will be processed April 1.
     
  • All reservations for July weeks will be processed May 1.
     
  • All reservations for August weeks will be processed June 1.
    
     
• Money Orders , Certified Bank Checks or Cashier Checks
  should be made payable to:

  Rental Terms and Conditions

• Cancellations of 60 days or more before the date of arrival will receive full refunds,
  less a $50.00 Processing Fee.
   
• Cancellations of 59 days or less no refunds unless property is rented again.
  If property is re-rented, then payment will be refunded to canceling individual's,
  less a $50 processing fee. 
   
• Off season rates are by the week or by the day
   
• All reservations are based upon availability at the time of booking
   
• All weekly summer rentals will start on Friday, check in time is from 4:00pm to 8:00pm.
   
• Check out time is the following Friday promptly at 9:00am. Please adhere to the hours!
   
• No Team Parties
   
• No Smoking inside any of the properties
   
• No Pets
