We would like to thank Donna for going the extra mile in making things right for our stay. We had a problem with our apartment, and our stay could have been a downright nightmare. However, Donna did everything she could to help us out and made our stay very pleasant. To make a long story short, Donna runs an excellent business to say the least. Our family had the time of their life in Cooperstown. My mother-in-law never watched baseball until this week. Now she is hooked. We stayed at the Wagon Wheel house. It is such a cute place with so much charm. We felt right at home. The owners, Susan and Ed were very helpful with information about the area. New Yorkers are such friendly people. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable.
