Park Place is a newly built home that can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.

This home is down the road from beautiful Gilbert Lake State Park, where one can swim, boat, hike and barbecue and is centrally located, within a 15-minute drive to any one of the baseball camps. Nestled in its own park-like setting, Park Place offers many amenities to its guests. Tile and wood grace all the floors in this house. The modern Eat – In Kitchen is equipped with state of the art stainless steel appliances and sliding glass doors that lead out to an expansive 12 X 24 Deck with miraculous views of the valley. Each Bedroom, as well as the 18 X 15 family room and Kitchen, has Direct TV, which includes HBO, Showtime and Cinemax.

There are 3 Bedrooms and Two Full Baths. Two Bedrooms have Bunk Beds that can sleep 3. The Master Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed, private Bath and walk-in closet. The Living Room has a comfy Full Size Pull Out section of the sofa.

Down the road is Meadow-Vale Campground, making this a wonderful opportunity for families that wish to stay close together and enjoy the lake and park nearby!
