With its majestic views of Lake LaFever, Tuscan decor, and huge sprawling rooms you will think you are in an Italian Villa. 

The Malibu Lake house is exquisitely decorated throughout. Hefty leather couches, ornate dining room chairs and buffets, gorgeous wood ceilings, magnificent kitchen, (fully equipped with hammered copper pans), oversized windows in each room capturing the majestic views of the lake, as well as 2 decks for your outdoor dining pleasure. 

There are 3 Bedrooms and 2 full baths in the Malibu Lake house, allowing this home to accommodate 8 people in complete comfort. First Bedroom has a Full size bed. Second Bedroom has a Queen size bed. Master Bedroom has a King size bed as well as a full size bed and its own private bath with Jacuzzi tub. 

The Malibu Lake house has private access to the Lake.
