Away 2 is perfectly situated on beautiful Canadarago Lake. This 6 mile lake
welcomes avid fisherman and boaters alike. Fisherman can fish right off the
private dock or take the row boat or canoe out for hours of boating pleasure.
This cottage invites visitors with a large wrap around deck that boasts with
wonderful views of the lake. With only a 15-minute drive to either Cooperstown
or Cooperstown Dreams Park, your family will be certain have plenty of time to
fish, swim or boat!
The Duck Away 2 offers three Bedrooms, One Full Bath, Large Eat–in Kitchen and a
Living Room. The Master Bedroom has a Queen Size bed. The Second Bedroom has a
set of Twin Bunks as well as a Single and the Third Bedroom has one Full Size
Bed, allowing this home to accommodate 7 people comfortably.
Next door to the Duck Away 2 is the Duck Away , which also offers a row boat and
a canoe. The Duck Away can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably, making this a
wonderful situation for families that wish to stay close together!
Note* Canadarago Lake is noted to be the 4th cleanest Lake in all of New York.
However, this end of the Lake is shallow and Mother Nature dictates the amount
of weeds that appear at the shoreline each year. It is for this reason, the
homeowners provide visitors with both a Canoe and Row Boat, for added hours of
boating and swimming enjoyment!
