to Camp Green, a favorite location for Dreams Park families!
This 1500 square foot home is nestled on 7 glorious acres with views that go on
for miles. There is so much to explore at Camp Green, your family will never be
bored. Here are some fun things to do at Camp Green:
Take a stroll down one of the trails that leads to the Susquehanna River. Relax
on the dock next to the pond. Play some basketball. Roast marshmallows over a
campfire. Dine on the16 X 16 covered deck overlooking the valley, or watch
Cooperstown Dreams Park fireworks on Thursday evenings.
The fun continues indoors as well. Downstairs is a great recreational area for
the kids, complete with a Foosball Table and Punching Bag!
Camp Green can accommodate a family of 8 comfortably. The main floor offers a
Large Air Conditioned Eat-In Kitchen, Spacious Living Room, One Air Conditioned
Bedroom with a Queen Size Bed, and a Huge Bathroom with Double Vanity and
Jacuzzi Tub.
Upstairs are Two More Bedrooms. The First Bedroom has an Air Conditioner and 2
Queen Size Beds, the Second Bedroom offers a Fan and Two Twin Beds.
Downstairs in the Rec Room is a second Full Bath complete with Stall Shower as
well as a Laundry Room, with Washer and Dryer.
