Cooperstown Baseball World and walking distance to Wilbur Park (with swimming
and barbecue grills) , as ell as downtown shopping and eateries.
This two-story home can accommodate 8 people comfortably. The entire home is
finished with oak and tile flooring, as well as decorative stained glass
windows.
Downstairs, is a large Cook – In Kitchen with breakfast nook, Formal Dining
Room, Living Room with a Queen Size Pull Out couch,
and One Full Bath complete with Jacuzzi Tub. Off the Dining Room is a charming
10 X 10 Glass enclosed porch with furniture.
Upstairs are 3 Bedrooms and One Full Bath with a double bay sink. The First 2
Bedrooms have Queen Size Beds and the Third has a Full Size Bed.
The Baseball Depot provides all guests with off street parking, (including a
one-car garage) and High Speed Internet.
7/10 mile down the road is the Batalion House, which can accommodate 7 people. A
little further down East Street is Aaron’s Place which can accommodate 8 and the
Doubleday Apartments, which can accommodate a total of 10, making this home a
perfect situation for families that wish to stay close together!
