We would like to thank Donna for going the extra mile in making things right for our stay. We had a problem with our apartment, and our stay could have been a downright nightmare. Thank you so much. We had a wonderful time. My kids loved how quiet the place was and were able to sleep in each morning. Once I got them out were always so late getting back.

We loved the pond. We caught a little frog. It is so beautiful here. We also loved looking for deer, bunnies & turkeys.

We did a little exploring. We had a great time at Howe Caverns and Fly Creek. Out favorite food was ice cream at Friendly's.

We had a fun week. Our team did really well. There were 102 teams this week.

Thank you for letting us stay at your country estate. Very roomy & open. The directions to all the necessary places--Cooperstown All star Village, Wal Mart, Price Chopper--were all very helpful.

The pond & boat were very calming. We saw allot of fish, also some skunks.

The team played well, above expectations. My son hit two HR's in one game-very fun!!

Thanks for the rides on the ATV's, my daughters had a lot of fun.

Boy you guys make a concierge at the fanciest hotel look bad! You went way over the call of duty helping us with our car trouble & then getting the balloon & candy for Mike's birthday were great. As you probably already know, the fans & parents of the boys compare notes, and we all agreed we rented from the best.

From a baseball standpoint, our Puerto Rico Gators team finished in third place, our son Antonio was selected team MVP and voted as best catcher in the 15U division. We later spent four days in NY with our 3 older sons and two grandkids and told them about going back there sometime.

When we describe what this part of New York is like to our friends, we couldn’t get over how pretty the area is. It was almost like we were still at home in the mountains of Upper East Tennessee!!! The house was beautiful and was very convenient to the parks at Cooperstown All-Star Village. The local eating places (Pizza Land and Christophers) were also exceptional! I just wanted to "thank you" for hooking us up with the Sol Air Acres house last week. It was a beautiful place and the grounds & house was just Awesome! Our team played at the Baseball World, and it was the closet out of all our families and we really got to spend time there in the afternoon and enjoy the beautiful weather. The McCue's are such wonderful & nice people, they came over and visited with us one afternoon, and we let them know that we truly enjoyed their home. I highly recommend Sol Air to anyone that is going to vacation or spend time at the ballparks.

Our family spent the week of July 4th there this past year to play at The All-Star Village and it was an experience of a lifetime. Beautiful home, beautiful location, and so very relaxing. My sons will never forget the fishing that we had there on the lake and my wife and I can never forget the serene tranquility of the location. We cannot wait to have my 5 year old grow old enough to play a Cooperstown tournament to get back to the Malibu Lake House! Best trip we ever had, thank you at Cooperstown Lodging as well as the owner of the home for her kindness and generosity. As far as we're concerned we would consider no other place to stay and no other booking agent to help us. The house was such a nice place it almost overshadows that the boys (SGV Cobras from California) played well enough during the week to make it all the way to the championship game, and finish runners up. We stayed at the Blue House the week of June 22-29th with another family. I must say it was like being at home! We had everything we needed to feel comfortable. We were able to cook, do our laundry, and sleep wonderfully. The house was extremely cozy and just minutes from all the parks. One of the nicest things was the hospitality of the owners. Just a short note to let you know what a wonderful time we had at Cooperstown Dreams Park and Kenyon Acres the week of Aug 11 to Aug 18. As a grandparent, all I can say is that it was "AWESOME". After our first house was damaged by flooding at DuckAway and you called me to tell me that the house we rented was unavailable, I didn't know what to expect. but Kenyon Acres was absolutely gorgeous, the scenery was beautiful. I wish we had more time to spend there. We met the DiSimmones who were very nice. We had a few nice conversations with them. Our team came in 44th place which was very good and an Illinois team did win the tournament, so that was great. My grandson played very well. He hit 6 homeruns during the course of the week. We are very proud of him and he had the experience and a thrill of a lifetime.
Kenyon Acres was so beautiful we didn't want to come home. Maybe another grandson will go to Cooperstown and we can come again. Some of the parents rented trailers in a trailer park and the horror stories we heard you wouldn't believe. So we were very lucky for you to have found this for us. Thank you again.

Being from California, We have never got to experience "lighting bugs" other than playing in Cooperstown Dreams Park I'd have to say that was our fondest memory! Joe and Jennifer could not have been nicer! The house was perfect for us! Nice and clean plus close proximity to Oneonta College where our children were playing. (Less than 5 min.)  Your area of the country is beautiful!
