 The Song Brook Studio is a brand new studio apartment, located
in the quaint country village of Otego, walking distance to a public park with a
pool, playground, tennis courts and baseball fields, as well as antiquing and
fine dining establishments.
Song Brook was newly constructed for the sole purpose of functioning as a music
studio. Therefore, this magnificent space is equipped with DVD Surround Sound
and Wireless Internet.
Song Brook offers a wide-open floor plan complete with Living Room Area, Dining
Area, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Bath with Stall Shower and One Bedroom with 2
Queen Size Beds, separated by a privacy screen. For additional sleeping, the
Living Room has a pull out couch, allowing this studio to accommodate 4 – 6
people comfortably.
Outdoors, is a huge back yard and large deck that overlooks the Otsdawa Creek.
